Horrible Experience!! 
Ordered the book and called amazon the next day to cancel the order. Was instructed to contact the seller and cancel the order and did so. Seller ignored all emails and attempts to contact, never refunded book and "shipped" anyways. Was then instructed to refuse book when received and write "return to sender" per Amazon Customer Service Instructions and NEVER received the book. The seller still will not refund the order or answer any attempts to contact. Further action currently IN progress with Amazon Customer Service about this HORRIBLE experience. I would never recommend unreliable seller!! You will not get your product or refund!!
Thoroughly impressed - fast service
I needed the purchased item for a major paper that was due in less than five (5) days and I was increasingly worried that I would not have it in time. However, I requested expedited shipping and received the item two days later in the exact condition the provider described it. I am not easily impressed but I believe in giving "honor where honor is due." I would highly recommend this provider, especially because of the FAST services. Thanks!
Not what I expected 
I wonder how this Second Edition book was associated with the ISBN that I entered? I needed the SIXTH Ed., so I guess I've been had. Book should have been priced for being so out-of-date that I won't even be able to resell in good conscience.
Literature: Approaches to Fiction, Poetry, and Drama 
I really like this book, even though I was supposed to get the 2nd edition of it, I've been able to keep up in my class just fine with this book. It's descriptive, it has background information on authors and some of the pieces within. I really like it, and I would highly recommend it for whoever needs it.
