Customers Beware before you buys this product !!!!!!! 
This is horrible experience I had with purchasing this software. I purchased this software in March 2009 and RMC has new software for people who take exam in June 30 2009. They make you pay for additional amount to upgrade to the new version and they won't give you entire One year. They only give you reminder of the days you have purchased. The customer service is horrible to deal with and very rude.
Excellent service from Amazon 
The product is time tasted and definitely helpful (I wonder whether it is worth the money, but definitely good).
But I am flattered with the kind of service Amazon provides. Shipping is always before time and the packaging is excellent. No wonder that they are the number one!
PMP Certification
Every body interested in learning Project Management knows the Rita Mulcahy publications. In particular, this one is very useful for PMP exam Certification. This software has an excellent exam simulation and every body can learn about the PMBOK using it. Please, take note than in December 30 2008, the Project Management Institute has published a new PMBOK Fourth Edition.
There must be a new updated of this publication in few months. If you are going to present your examination before June 30 2009, use this software to train yourself for examination.

Horrible Activaion process
Horrible activation process, you cant activate this more than 2 times although it is the same person and same laptop who is doing so. I wasted my money on this and wouldn't recom'd this to anyone.
Great for spending time trying to activate the software
I received this through a PMP exam prep class and activated it on my work laptop. Trying to upgrade to the new version that was supposed to solve all my problems was unsuccessful, so I uninstalled and reinstalled. When I tried to install on my home computer (allowed by the very restrictive terms of use), I was told I exceeded the allowed registrations.
Tech support is available Monday-Friday 9-5 CST, so I wasted a planned day of studying because I cannot access the questions.
Bottom line, they are more concerned about protecting their revenue stream than helping their customers get what they need.
