BUYER BEWARE 
You would think that when you spend this much money on software that you own your copy, right?? Wrong!! The software if used right away is good and provides a good simulation of the real exam. Problem is, that after 1 year your license expires and you can no longer use the CD you purchased. So in reality you are not purchasing the software you are leasing it for a year. This is something that should be VERY clearly stated for all users to know.
Not What I Expected! 
This product is based on the PMBOK 3rd edition, while the exam is based on the 4th edition. Apparently RMC Project will not provide you with the 4th edition questions unless you buy their new overpriced CD.
Since many questions are similar (not a huge difference between 3 and 4), I felt the questions and answers are not bad. Thefefore, I don't regret buying it.
Long story short, if you are interested in this product please ensure that you buy the latest version.
Great pool of challenge, but not enough customization
Rita's PM Fastrack is a great tool to be able to get yourself prepared for the challenging questions that lie ahead on the exam. The questions are very well-written, and they certainly use the "dirty" tricks that PMI uses on the actual test to trick you into answering incorrectly. The explanations are very thorough, and it is a great companion to the text book by Rita. I didn't really care for the flashcards that Rita offers, so I just stuck to the book and the test software.
The cost of this software is a bit, well, exorbitant. Granted, the questions on this program are challenging and will prepare you for what follows, but you can get other test engines with up to six times more questions for a fraction of the cost (and those test engines include features that are lacking and are mentioned next in my review).
I was a bit frustrated to find out that you cannot pre-select the total number of questions to test with. For instance, If I have a limited amount of time to study, and I want to take a 50 or 100 question test, I cannot do so. I can only choose to be tested with the full 200 questions which significantly limits when I can study. Also, the reporting structure is a great feature to know where you are deficient, but you only receive reports by "test type" not a global accumulation. In other words, if you take the PMP simulated test and score a certain way in each category, and then you take a "keyword" test and score another way, those two test results are not combined to give you an indication if you are improving. You'd have retake the same "type" of test again to see if you are improving.
Overall, the software was an excellent tool for preparing for the actual exam. I still believe the price is way too high and there are some deficiencies in the application, but it is a good tool to help you pass the exam.
Pros:
- Excellently written test questions that WILL challenge you
- You can choose to be tested for the PMP, Super PMP (harder questions), or by knowledge area, process group, or keyword.
- Thorough explains that help you understand why a question is right or why you got it wrong
Cons:
- Can't pre-select the total number of questions you want to be tested on
- The performance report does not encompass a global tally
- Many questions will begin to repeat after about 5 full tests or so due to the limited test bank.
PMP Fastrack 5.2.0 led to good results. 
I used the 5.2.0 version to write the PMBOK exam for the Fourth edition. The PMP Fastrack was excellent preparation and definetly worth the money. The package arrived from the shipper on schedule and in good condition. I would recommend this software to anyone preparing for the exam and wanting to understand the format of the exam, range of questions, track their own progress on answering accurately by knowledge area, process group, etc. The fact that the answers were provided made it a great study guide as well.
Customers Beware before you buys this product !!!!!!! 
This is horrible experience I had with purchasing this software. I purchased this software in March 2009 and RMC has new software for people who take exam in June 30 2009. They make you pay for additional amount to upgrade to the new version and they won't give you entire One year. They only give you reminder of the days you have purchased. The customer service is horrible to deal with and very rude.
